I don't think I've ever seen Honda say 'never', since they are so unpredictable.
This might be a stupid question, but does the CTR use the RSX-S engine to make 200HP or is it like the older generation of Type-R's that used higher compression than the American models, therefore forcing the owner to use octane ratings we couldn't acquire here?
