The RL came out for '97... got it's biggest update for '99... got a 15hp boost + new wheels + painted roof seals for '02... got new (IMHO uglier) wheels for 03 + amber in taillights is now white. Perhaps we'll see a Special Edition like they offered in '98 (black paint w/ grey lower trim).
