The first Fusion all-wheel drive (AWD) models arrive at dealers this week as the most affordable, V-6 powered AWD sedans on the market. Fusion SE AWD models start at $23,430, including destination and delivery, while Fusion SEL AWD models start at $24,525.
By comparison, the Toyota Camry LE V-6 starts at $23,960 including destination, and the Honda Accord SE V-6 starts at $23,945 with destination. However, the Accord and Camry are not available with AWD, at any price.
"For the same money as an Accord or Camry, we're offering a Fusion with all-wheel-drive for free," says Giombetti. "The addition of all-wheel drive will be a huge advantage for Fusion, and shows that Ford is intent on leading – not following – this segment."

I always love the....."same money as a Toyota Camry or Honda Accord claims"
we offer more.....
or
when they compare the price of say a Cobalt to an Accord or Camry as being thousands less.
Of course they make no mention of the fact that over the long haul the Toyota or Honda is way better value due to the fact that a $15,000 Cobalt is worth about $7000.00 3 or 4 years down the road, but the Civic or Corolla is worth about 2/3rds (or more) of the original sale price 3 or 4 years later.

The one thing I will agree with you - Honda's are usually better values than comparable Toyotas. However, Toyota has been going upscale lately, and advancing their engine techologies, and Honda better start catching up soon.

I agree 98, Honda has always been a much better car than Toyota. Hondas offer more standard features and more features Toyota can ever offer. When buying a Toyota, you have to worry about buying options while when you buy a Honda, it comes with everything you need.
For example...
Toyota still has ABS optional on most vehicles
Honda has ABS standard on most vehicles
They are pretty much equal, just people like Hondas better. The Camry has nothing special to offer compared to the Accord. Camry finally got Bluetooth, but forgot to add folding side mirrors and LED taillights (excluding Hybrid)
Lets compare the 2007 MDX with the RX 350
- MDX has more horsepower
- MDX has many options from Lexus standard
- Class leader
- Traffic Reports

if you didn't want that to happen then you should have stopped after "Honda's are usually better values than comparable Toyotas."
