A boring car, but at least it's cheap. If the CL is in the price range of TL, you can get a G35c for the same amount.

If it's not a Lexus or Toyota may as well not bring it up with him

You don't argue with facts, though when facts are brought into the picture, you give further opinions:

What does it have to do with lexus? If lexus would make an ES coupe it would be just as terrible as CL in comparison to the RWD coupes that are available in its price bracket.

The fact is, Acura discontinued the CL because it wasn't cutting it anymore and sales were low. It hasn't got anything to do with Accord Coupe, as it competes in a different class where apparently it cuts it.

CL and TL, I believe, were built on the same line ... so if they wanted to ramp up TL production for 2004, they had to dump the CL anyway.

Yes, the 2nd gen CL, 2nd and 3rd gen TL, and 6th and 7th gen Accord were/are all made in Marysville.

All I can see is that it needs more horsepower as with the new sae numbers the TL went from 270 to 253 and just think the 07 Camry with the new sae numbers now makes 268 HP in V6 form imagine getting you ass handed to you by a Camry.
