Nobody noticed (or perhaps it wasn't mentioned here) that the car itself weighs 300 lbs more than the old one despite the motors weighing the same. So you got a car that gets killed on the top end compared to the M3 and has that AWD drivetrain creating lots of friction after the launch. So It probably gets off the line quicker than the M3 but then the M3 catches up and pulls.

 

There a mistake, AUDI state that there be a 3 spoke steering wheel, not 4 spoke.

Also, the latest news for RS4 is that it be TwinTurbo V8 producing 450 hp and around 490 lbs/torque. SCARY.

The S line will no longer be turbos anymore, only the RS line do. The new S6 will be V10, while S8 be W12 .

 

So RS4 would have RS6 engine with even more torque?

That makes sense actually, leave the turbos to the hardcore enthusiast.

I cant wait til the day I'm going to have to sit down hard and think whether I want to buy my wife a RS6 or an M5.

 

In a freaking VW Lupo it's .3 seconds. If you shift at 61 MPH it's .3 seconds, but I SERIOUSLY doubt this car has gearing that tall. Don't argue so much.

As for the wife thing, i was insinuating (sp) that I'll be so loaded that I'll be buying my wife a high dollar sport uber-sedan. And I'd drive the sports cars myself

If your gonna have a S4 Avant and a M coupe, I wouldnt bother with the Mini. It's a really nice car and all, but I'd just pocket the money if I was you.
