I was always dismayed at some of the interior gaps in my 99 and some of the panel gaps as well, I'm glad to see all issues are resolved and gaps are AMAZINGLY small now

Well, gee whiz If everything was analyzed to your microscopic levels of imperfection, we'd all have to buy Mercedes SL55's. Your knitpicking was a-plenty with the CL-S. For 99.99999% of the American work force, we need cars that offer VALUE as well as performance. The Accord V6 six speed will have that, and I might add, may even revolutionize the automobile industry, as to the bar that even BMW may have to set.

Is quality the "bar" you are talking about?

I test drove a 03 V6 Sedan today and I loved it. I can't wait until my 03' Coupe 6spd comes out in february! Satin Silver w/Black Perforated Leather! I want Navi but not for 2000 bucks!

About the comparison test with the CL-S 6spd vs the 6spd Coupe AV6 the difference is only 10hp not 20hp. The Accord gains 10hp and 10Tq (250hp 222tq) on premium gas up from 240hp 212tq. That makes the AV6 as fast if not faster then the CL-S 6spd since it weighs 200lbs lighter. I am sure you have heard this already but I just thought I would bring this point up.

Great color choice (mine!). Yes, I did hear about the hp and Tq gain with premium..... However, having driven my Prelude for almost 3 years (I bought it in Dec. of 1999), I think I would welcome a change back to 87 octane. Has anyone read or heard of the mpg. for the six speed yet? I would assume, with more advanced technology and design, that the mpg. for the six speed V6 would be very similar to my five speed 4 cylinder with essentially five year old technology. I could be wrong, though.

How is the new Accord doing in sales?? Are the dealerships running empty or are they full. Is there a high markup on the new Accord?? I have only seen two, but they were the same color and model so it might have been the same car. A teacher was driving it.

How the hell would we know? It's been 10 fricken days. I'm sure they're selling out. The dealership I went to had huge demand for them.
