And to be fair, Honda is pretty notorious for awful looking fake wood trim, tin can sheet metal, and cheap paint jobs. They still manage to have some amazingly nice interiors.

i drove a srt 8 magnum and it had gobs of power...put i couldn't see out of the thing as the pillars were huge blindspots...i also couldn't deal much on the v8 models as they were in demand...the 3.5 and 2.7 v6s were being given away as they'd sit on lots for 6 mos - 1 year before they are sold
i recall the interior was much better than my dad's old dodges but mb is making an influence

Read Car and Driver's review of the SRT8 from a few months back..... They actually consider it a better Mercedes than the Mercedes C320 AMG from which it's based! For 10 grand less.
The 300 series Chryslers are very nice. So, getting back on point, if they come out with this Challenger (complete with true manual) I may very well consider one.

I drove a 300C Hemi as well, and I was also amazed. I really wish they offeded an LSD and a full-DSC disable mode. Other than that, I made a 90 degree in 2nd gear and booted it, and the car just tucked right in. For all the talk of the DCX merger beung unsucessful, if this is what's to come, I expect the Challenger to make the CLK55 AMG cry like a little bitch.

The market for the 300 and Charger/Magnum isn't huge. They will find a way to build this with the other LX cars in Ontario.
