settle down, dude. if you don't really give a damn about the refreshes, don't go saying shit like "what gives" about them. like i said, that's what i was responding to. i wasn't making a big deal about it, so i don't know why you are.

You think there will be any freshening up of the coupe?

And I also wonder if there will be any upgrades in features, such as a power passenger seat on EX.

I just read @ Honda Preview.com that the V6 sedan is going to be available with the 6-spd manual tranny! Man, I hope they have that from a reliable source because if it's true, that's what I'll be driving in September.

some pictures of the 06 accord brochure. these were posted by users at TOV.

edit: back of the accord hybrid looks like a ford mondeo or five-hundred. the trunk *looks* longer, and so the side profile looks a lot different. i liked the original version better, but the hybrid rear end doesn't look bad.

Couple of comments here.

The EX V6 6MT wheels are pretty much identical to the previous generation 99-03 TL wheels OR identical to the "fat" 5 spoke 6thG AV6 wheels.

That's NOT a bad thing, the wheels are sharp as hell and I love five spoke.

I suspect the wheels on the Hybrid may be 15"? In thickness of tire, it seems to follow this trend: Hybrid -> EXV6 -> EXV66MT -> EXV66MT Coupe. They're probably 16" but who knows? The dual tipped exhaust is also cute on the Hybrid but I'm not feeling the Prius Hybrid type taillights. The Prius are way more annoying, but perhaps Honda associates their taillights with Hybridness and wanted to copy. Probably not, but it's a funny conspiracy theory nonetheless.

Blackouts would've really been nice on the headlights to add some more aggression but we'll leave that to the DIYers.

The 6 speed wheels are TL/CL Type-S, and the Hybrid must have 16" wheels since they look the same as they did before. How do the taillights look like Prius'

Ok ok. The Prius doesn't have a red bottom section, but agree that the top of the taillight looks Altezzaish like the Prius tails do

If you're saying that car looks like the new Accord Hybrid, I guess they all look like 612 Scagliettas.
