I'm comparing apples to apples. Who's got what for sale at this moment in time, in this model year.

.Oh, and IS300 is not a refresh 4 dr. NA Supra. The IS has been around in Japan for awhile now, so I don't see how it can be a refresh of a supra.
Anyway back to the topic at hand, expect a "surprise" announcement of the new IS at the Geneva show. Supposedly Lexus wants to upstage the launch of the new 3-Series or at the very least draw attention away from it.

And the IS300 is in fact a refresh of the JDM Supra. The Supra died in 2002 in Japan, and the IS300 chassis(SXE) is an evolution and a cut-down version of the JZ Chassis

sorry for the large pictures. this is the crown royal. the crown athlete also looks very similar. the current LS430 is the toyota celsior in japan. not part of the crown "family," but i don't know if they share a common root

We know Toyota can get big HP if they wanted to, just look at the new Avalon for example. I really hope Lexus and Infiniti join the HP war with the German, so I'll have a viable upgrade solution in 5 years :-). IS just need more power and a lil better interior. G35 needs better interior.
