That is my next car.

Car and Driver says it will come with a 6-speed and cost around 25k

I honestly hope you're right and we see the J30 in the TSX. However, 240 could refer to in some way the displacement of the 2.4L i-VTEC i4. Just a Thought.

Me too. I've been waiting for a car like this in the Honda/Acura lineup for quite some time. I knew I wanted a sedan and it had to be sporty. The Accord and TL were really my only options and I always felt they where too big for me. I like a smaller car and this one seems to fit. I'm so happy!

Check out the Type R model... perhaps something like that will be shipped to NA as a type S TSX.
