in washington, dc area every 5th car is a pickup truck also stuck in stop and go traffic...so there is appeal to those who have lots of stop and go traffic...also please that one of the quotes was from the GM Fleet and Commercials Marketing Director meaning these are aimed at certain customers

now did the article mention what level gasoline it takes?...if not then premium goes well over $3 a gallon in some areas (taken i've seen the suvs that require premium roll up over $100)...i was taking a worst case scenario

Gas Prices should rise again as terrorists just bombed iraq's main oil lines last wednesday stopping the entire flow to its largest port for tanker exports...they have also taken down the turkey oil line several times...now in saudi they are terrorizing the oil company offices and trying to get at oil lines (with the iraq attack that eliminated the surplus oil supply that was helping to lower crude prices...with more attacks and constant downtime (and the lack of the US and other coutries moderation of consumption) it is inevitable that we will have one crisis after another

Our gas prices are still extremely cheap compare to the rest of the world, so we have nothing to really complain about. I hope that w/ the gas price rising, it will force those "me too" SUV/truck drivers to think twice about getting one if they don't really need one.

I think it's a step forward, you have to compare apples to apples on this one. It's a huge pickup not a civic. It has to haul more than just people. You can't expect 50 MPG in a pickup yet.

All power supply circuits are protected by a ground fault detection system to prevent overloads and short circuits.
I'd like to know more about this,^^^
