Default BMW "Concept" M5

Looks good!

I think this is pretty much the production M5, and I like it a lot!

OK, but nowhere near the current M5 in terms of style.

I strongly dislike the lower grilles. Ugh.

You're right JDM...not like the old M5 with the "in your face" tough look that still portrayed an unbelievable amount of class and style.

Ok, I'm starting to warm up to the new 5 series design pretty fast now.

Yeah, that thing was James Bond in a tux. Looked classy as hell, yet could kick your ass just by looking at you.

The shape of the bumper looks exactly like what's been popping up in spy shots for almost a year now. I'd say this is a pretty accurate representation of the production model.

I don't like the wheels though; they remind me of the Infiniti FX and Lexus LFS concept. With that much dish, BMW could have run something with a nice lip to them and looked real performance-oriented but instead made the spokes all three-dimensional like.

As for foglights, I've noticed from driving assorted cars that if the headlights are designed properly the only time the fog lights actually help with illumination is during realllllllly bad weather (as opposed to making crappy headlights less crappy during clear weather).
