I saw the Cobolt at the show. Couldn't get in it, but it looks like it has the same crappy back seat (cramped, seat back too upright) that the small Saturns, including the new Ion, have. There is no excuse for this. I wanted to like this car, but this is basic. How could they be so stupid? They are hot to go after the Civic; have they ever sat in one? How hard could it be to figure this out?

I think the coupe looks great - a ripoff of the Civic 2 door, but better executed, except for the tail lights.




The Chevy has nice fender flares, and lacks the "droopy ass" of the Civic.

The sedan looks very awkward. Good specs from all engines - puts Honda to shame.

In terms of engine choices, Honda was going more for fuel economy and reliability. I think Chevy just wants to give people raw power.
