after you've finished the class, and have your own bike, ride within your limits.

they'll tell you that time and time again in the class, but if you think about it, it really does make a lot of sense.

if you don't feel safe doing something, guess what, you probably shouldn't be doing it.

 

Practice and get the hang of riding your bike before going on group rides or riding with someone...or you might have a hard time trying to keep up = dangerous.
