a friend of mine is looking for a headlight, the whole assembly, for a 79 twinstar, without spending an arm and a leg. anybody happen to have one or know someone who has one lying around?

Try searching a junkyard for motorcycles locally first. Theres like 2-3 in our area that carry parts for old bikes. If not you could always try ebay?
