Default CRV Braking Noise

Does anyone else have a noise when they hit the brakes for the first time? Here is the scenario: I back down the driveway, hit the brakes and get a metallic 'clank'. Put the car in drive, go down to the corner, hit the brakes, clank again. This won't happen again until I change direction (IE: Put the car in reverse). Dealer says this is normal, but it definitely doesn't sound 'right', especially for a Honda. My best guess is too much play in the caliper mounting, or slop in the transmission. Probably the brakes since it only happens once, on deceleration.

After some more research last night, I found an answer on hondasuv.com. (Sorry, H-A) The noise is from the brake pads shifting inside the caliper brakets. Whenever you change direction, you put a different force on the pads, which forces them from one side to the other. Frankly, it sounds like they just don't fit right. I will post again if I find another set that doesn't do this.
