Default Crv Transmission Rear Differntials

I bought a 1999 Used CRV and it is nice but I am wondering if anyone else has ever had any rear gear box problems. I am asking this because I am considering the purchase of an extended warranty and I cannot make my mind up. The warranty covers everything and including the rear end but it does this at a pretty nice chunk of money.
So what do you think ?

I've been working at Honda since 96 and i haven't seen any problems with the rears on them yet. They seem to hold up if the fluid is changed regularly.

Hello, I have been working for Honda since 1984. The rear ends hold up verry well, just change the fluid with Honda dual pump fluid every 15k. Hope that helps
