Default 1994 Passport Check trans light--help

I have a 1994 passport that keeps haunting me with a ck trans light intermittently. When it comes on the codes are 22 -tps sensor short to ground, and 25-battery voltage low.....I have traced the harness from the tps to the firewall and found nothing and also replaced the tps with no success in fixing my problem....

Has anyone run into this or have any suggesstions?

Thanks

Welcome to the HAN. You are the first 2005 noobie that I've seen. So that's cool...

Unfortunately I don't have any really good ideas about what the problem may be, but I think I would have someone at a parts store hook up thier electrical diagnostic machine, becuase it can tell if a variety of things are bad. They do it for free so it's like why not? :dunno:

you might have better luck in an Isuzu forum(your truck is made by Isuzu). The same engine/transmission was used in all Isuzu Rodeos and Troopers, 1992-1996/97.

off topic, have your hydrualic lifters started making noise yet? those engines are notorious for that, even the newer 3.5 V6 have that issue.

Have the alternator tested. They are bad for alternators
