Default 96 Passport Valves

The valves on my passport constantly are rattling. How can I go about getting this fixed. Can I tighten the valve springs and if so, how long of a job would that be?

Default Valve adjustment.

It adjusts the valve lash not the springs. You may have something loose in there also.
