How hard is that to do and do you know what is all involved? If it is a basic head swap, no big deal.

head, cam, im, timing belt (which u have to change anyways for a head swap), and lower timing belt gear (change from F23 ones to H23 ones)... prob hook up another ecu via bomslang harness (but i can get someone else to help me on this), and safc2

The integra can't make it huh? That's cool. Is the 4 runner turbo charged. No BS I saw one once in Dallas. Custom made, that shit was turning in 13's.

The Integra can make it but it will be in the body shop getting a new hood and bumper.
