The RL needs more horsepower. Also it isn't as luxurious as it should be.

The 2000 Mercedes-Benz E320 only has 222hp. You figure it out.

The RL is 3.5L

The RL is luxurious enough. LEDs are not a luxury.

Can someone please explain to me what does 3.5Liters do to the car, as compare to a 3.2L or 3.0L car?

generally the larger the displacement is the more low-end torgue can be extracted i.e 5.7-liters in corettes and vipers 6.0-liters plus. That why gm and dodge dont want to go away from pushrods with those cars.
