My 91 legend will not start in the morning when it is cold outside (under 45 degrees). A few hours later it starts fine. Any ideas?

 

When you try to start it when it is cold, first turn off your radio then only turn the key to position II (just before it starts to crank) and listen. Do you hear a humming sound (fuel pump building pressure), if not then most like it is due to a bad main relay (fuel relay).

 

Spark or fuel? Check those, and see if you ECT is within specs.
