I need to install a driver's side rear door to be obtained from a junk yard. Can anyone direct me to instructions on how to remove and reinstall the electical boot/cables to the door. I think I can figure out how to remove/reinstall the door from the body/hinges but the electrical cable inside the boot is not as clear cut. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Rick

 

You basically have two options:

1. You unhook the wire connector inside the pillar between the two doors, you will most likely need to remove the cover on the inside which means also removing the drivers seat.

2. Remove your door panel on the back door and take part of the wire harness off the old door an put it into the replacement door.

My preference would be #2.
