I know this is the honda forum, however I really need some help, and I didn't know where to turn. I'm trying to get into a purchase situation on my next new car, and I need to stay in a 17k window. I've heard rumors of brand new Civic SI's going 17k. I'm trying to get the most car for my money. Here's the list of affordable cars in my price bracket that I'm looking at, and I would appreciate your opinions, "even though it's not honda", I would still appreciate your experience in the buying market. I'm looking for the most car for my 17k, and I will be financing I'm going to try for a 2000.00 down payment, but I cannot plop down that much cash. I'm looking at the following, Hyundai Tiburon, Nissan SE-R/SE-R Vspec, Honda Civic EX coupe or four door depends on the wife , or Nissan Frontier short bed v6 if it's an available combo. Please let me know your ideas, or disgusts. Just need some ideas in getting the most for my buck.
