Oil line in the back of the car? hmmm i dont think there even is a line, unless you're running some special dry sump system which you're not...but whatever...
Check your oil pan bolts too, when i swapped out my header, i noticed one was missing, and that more than half were really loose.

how often do you hit vtec???? all hondas burn some oil while vtec is engaged.
and, check your pcv, if it is blocked you will build up quite a bit of pressure in the block and actually blow oil into the combustion chambers, as well as get the sludge in the intake rebreather.

my car burns some oil too. i drive it hard. use a thicker grade oil and dont drive it to hard 10w-3 and fill it up. honda's do burn oil, all cars do, deal with it.

I just got a valve adjustment done. After 700km (450 miles or so), I've had 0 consumption. I would try that. Also, do check the oilpan bolts. They tend to come loose.
