My Rockford 201S is underneath the driver's seat, more by necessity than by choice as that's where all the wire was routed to by the previous dipshit that owned the car.

 

i used to steal shit like this, people who had subs and amps together was the super deal, no hassel finding the amp and unscrewing it, jus a one piece deal

MAybe so. thats why i'd rather be safe and pay that extra bit per month for Car audio insurance. I havent had any problems yet (knock on wood)

I mounted mine to the back of my rear seat. I was gonna mount it under the rear seat but in my last integ i rember the amps used to get piping hot, and u dont wanna fry out ur amp because your starving it of air!! my $.02
