Default Header 4-2-1 vs 4-1

Which is better... a friend of a friend is looking to sell his header to me for 200... its a 4-1... and I didn't get the brand name... what do you guys think?

Note: I already have an AEM cold air intake and an Exhuast... If I buy this header I will be putting on the intermediary pipe to go with it.

4-1 is better on the high end and 4-2-1 gives you a little more low end torque...its up to you i guess. i went with a 4-1 since im reving so high in my gsr and thought i'd get better gains. j/ my .02

Honestly though the difference performance increase from different headers on B-series engines (as long as we're talking with bolt-ons only) is not going to be hugely significant.
