Not much, but the torque gains would make more of a difference. Say around 5-7 horsepower with similar torque gains. That will also make the engine more responsive to other modifications. If you mean F20B, I think Place Racing makes mounts for the H22/23 and F20B into the 90-93 body. Don't quote me on that though, I'm not sure.

If you mean F20C, yes, that swap is impossible to ~99.5% of the people out there.
