Default Clutch Install

At 135,000 miles I feel my original clutch is finally giving way. Well, maybe not the clutch itself, but more like the throw out bearing. Anyone else have a clutch last this long?

Now going in is an Exedy Organic Performance clutch.

I'll take pics of the old clutch after.

My 95 LS is at almost 140,000 and the original stock clutch is still in and feeling fine. I will most liekly replace it with an Exedy Organic clutch as I enjoyed driving Drumsy's geeser after he put it and a Fidanza flywheel in.

i was wondering if it his a pain to install the clutch yourself. I have a manual for my car, but was wondering the complexity of installing it and if anyone has an estimate time?
Thanks

A professional can do the Integra GS in 4 hours. The AC units make a difference in the time factor I hear as you need to work around it.

I'm sure the time varies for other cars as well.

I'm keeping the stock flywheel and just having it resurfaced.

i replaced my clutch at 95k miles, with 20k miles at 190 ft lbs of torque at the wheels.
It never broke, i just felt like getting a better clutch.
