standard intake/header/exhaust/cat bolt on combo will not get you that much.

nitrous will though

To get that kind of gains, I'd say a low shot of nitrous is about the only thing that will net you 25-30 horsepower. Otherwise, you can begin looking into an intake of some sort, and then start focusing on engine internal modificiations, which will start getting you the horsepower you are needing.

I always want more than i can have
are we talking about cams, new pulleys, boring, and piston type stuff here for the engine,
Have you ever heard of anyone using an underdrive pulley/belt on an integra?

Pulleys are crap. No power. And I hear they take power from your alternator..or something. I'm not sure. But a waste of money.

for internals you'd be looking at cams, pistons, possibly boring it, valvetrain, etc. and of course something to tune it with.

hmm what are your goals? more low-end/high-end power? FI or NA etc? think of the whole package before you start ordering parts you might want to change out later on.. maybe you should start on your suspention?

You could probably achieve your goal with the standard i/h/e plus a set of pretty agressive cams and then spending some time tuning it on the dyno. You will need adjustable cam gears and some means of tuning the fuel curve (like an A'PEXi S-AFC) to accomplish said dyno tuning.

That's what I was going to say as well . It'll cost you about $2,000 as well, and that's being conservative.
