You could probably achieve your goal with the standard i/h/e plus a set of pretty agressive cams and then spending some time tuning it on the dyno. You will need adjustable cam gears and some means of tuning the fuel curve (like an A'PEXi S-AFC) to accomplish said dyno tuning.
