Isnt that manifold made to work in conjunction with some aggressive cams? Why not just save for cams?

The Skunk2 requires the use of a Type-R throttle cable as well as a non-VTEC throttle body pulley. Some fittings have to capped off as well. Not plug and play.

So there are other parts needed and Does anybody have an installation step by step?

The most restrictive part of any induction system is the factory intake manifold. Knowing this, Skunk2 Racing went to great lengths to design and manufacture an appropriate aftermarket replacement. Skunk2 Racing manifolds are designed to maximize flow as well as increase the effects of wave scavenging at each engine's key operating RPM range. Each manifold is designed to use all the stock sensors and auxiliaries.
Some key features:
-Single-stage intake manifold design
-Significant mid to high range power gains
-CARB EO-pending
-Factory throttle body may be reused
-Utilizes all factory sensors

In the words of MichaelDelaney, you can get this but what are you working for? This piece works best in conjunction with ITR cams since the manifold is eliminating your secondary runners. At that point you would also need a VAFC or Hondata datalogger to change the VTEC engagement point. A good free flowing exhaust, header, and cat are also vital. At this point you would see a 8-10 hp gain in the higher rpm's from the manifold. Otherwise, maybe 2-3. This package, tuned would put you just sub 180whp. Tuned with my manifold and the above package plus Toda gears, I am pushing 183.5whp and 141.5 wtq

Cams will be coming when i get enough money but I am only going with stage 1 beacuse I don't want a rough idle.

New to the acura scene here and am wondering is a manifold all a skunk 2 is? or do they make other parts? Are they any good?
