Umm...F22a's only have 135-140 horsepower.
You must be thinking of the Prelude Si H23A which is rated at 160.

ill be even more unreasonable... well not really. best bet for you if you have enough moeny for a new motor and cams and a header and new exhaust and the like then you have enough money to rebuild your engine the way you want it for the future plans. if you want to go turbo then go ahead and prep the whole motor for it. if you want to go n/a then go ahead and get the good parts tha you know are gonna do you good in the long run.
