quick question,

i have a 95 integra se with an auto tranny, and when in the morning i start my car up the first shift is really hard and then it smooths out when the car warms up more but sometimes driving around town it gets a little harder to shift the question is is this normal or do i have a problem?

A transmission mount is what bolts your engine to the frame. It hold it up and prevents it from moving around. The only time you would have a problem with it is if the rubber has worn down and cracked, allowing more movement of the transmission than the spec settings would allow. This could cause problems with your shifter and gear engagement.
