I would replace both gaskets, but the donut gasket lasts a lot longer, so depending on the age of your car and the last time it was swapped, you might be able to keep it.
But still, when installing a $300 header and a $400 exhaust system, skimping on $10 is pretty moronic.

something you can use as a create-a-gasket and something that you should use on all copper gaskets.

i jus put a greddy header on my ride i used a new exuast manifold gasket and re used the donut gasket but i did clean it and coat it with the "copper" gasket stuff.. no leaks perfect fitment. greddy makes great products.
