Default Trouble getting in gear

Ok well first off I did a search on this, but wasn't sure I was getting the right answers to my problem. Well as of about a week or so now I have noticed that it is getting harder for me to put my car in gear. Most of the time it will go in gear with just a little effort, but much more effort then it should take. And then sometimes say from 3rd gear to 4th gear, it takes alot of strength to put it into gear. I'm figuring it has something to do with the clutch. I bought an Exedy stage 1 clutch a while back off Ebay because I noticed my clutch slipping bad when I would try to grab second during a burnout at the drag strip when warming up my tires. So I have a brand new clutch it just needs installed.

Maybe this problem isn't from a bad clutch? I'm not sure, but any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Hrmm... OK... could be the clutch master or slave cylinder, pressure plate warpage, failing synchromesh, or time to put new Honda MTF in there.

I'd first try bleeding the clutch, or maybe flushing out the fluid altogether. If that doesn't work, find out about the last time you changed the tranny fluid. If it was over 15K miles ago, and you used 10w-30 oil instead of Honda MTF, then that could be it.

I'd check around the clutch pushrod and see if there's any fluid on it. That could be the sign of a failing master cylinder.

The other two solutions (synchromesh and pressure plate) would be very difficult to check...

Ok well I know the tranny fluid hasn't been changed in less the 15,000 miles infact its prolly been some while since its been changed. That is why a while back I bought some MTF tranny oil just haven't changed it yet. I've read the how to on C-Speedracing.com and it looked like it was easy. Anything I should know before I change the fluid? I'm guessing that that is my problem since its been a long time since its been changed. And yes its every gear that its hard to put in, but I noticed today after driving it for a while that its not horribly bad, just too much effort then it should be to put it in gear.
