Hrmm... OK... could be the clutch master or slave cylinder, pressure plate warpage, failing synchromesh, or time to put new Honda MTF in there.
I'd first try bleeding the clutch, or maybe flushing out the fluid altogether. If that doesn't work, find out about the last time you changed the tranny fluid. If it was over 15K miles ago, and you used 10w-30 oil instead of Honda MTF, then that could be it.
I'd check around the clutch pushrod and see if there's any fluid on it. That could be the sign of a failing master cylinder.
The other two solutions (synchromesh and pressure plate) would be very difficult to check...
