yes you will NEED to get an alighment after you swap out the springs.

 

teggy, like they said, DO NOT skimp on suspension.

 

i m interested in lowering my integra 97. although i m sort of low budget, but i would be interested to know more about lowering and invest it right the first time rather than having problem later

so basically, what should i replace? the spring or the shock? can i use the stock shock and just replace the spring ? should i get coil over or else? what budget do i need to spend in order to get a good lowering car?

yea man dont get cheap in the suspension mods. with that
having been said over and over heres my set up and ones that i have found to be nice

i just got H&R stage 2 instaled. and it rides sweet i wil be ordering KYB'zhere pretty soon. i wanted to get both at same time but well funds got low.

install -120 (go figure, cost almost as much

my boy riding GC's and KYB and its nice. i bit more bouncy than mine but i like it

 

go to team-integra. net everything u want to know about tegs are on there especailly suspension!!!

 

go find some ground control coilovers == i have those with some koni yellow shocks -- rides smooth -- definitely get the shocks -- tokico, koni, whatever ... just get em.

 

your paying $120 of your hard earned money for someone to put your springs on c'mon it's not that hard of an install...
