What's wrong with getting someone's opinion? Whenever I have a big decision to make I always ask people for their opinions or ideas on it so I can get feedback both (+) and (-) on it...maybe I am overlooking something? When I am thinking of getting a new car I will be asking for people's opinions...there is nothing wrong with it.

That is exactly why I posted. People have brought up many good points about the safety of Integras that I overlooked or didn't think of. It's also reasuring to hear other people's opinions on things.

crucial Si-T, if you don't want other people's opions then don't ask for them. I wanted people's opinions so I posted the thread. Yes I know I am gonna die sometime. There are two things you can count on in life, death and taxes :fawk:

No its not! You are asking for people's advice. Everyone does it when making decisions. Why? Noone has all the right answers to all the questions. Even the President has a long list of trusted advisors, who in turn have advisors, and so on and so forth.

dude, when the time comes you gonna die weither your in a Hummer, Mercedez G class, honda accord, Integra, Firefly, or even on foot.

the princess died in a amor car benz, s600. (9-11), who would ever think they would die while in a office??. I wouldnt sell your integra unless u want to. are you sick of it?, is it too small ?, is it giving you problems?. If you have concernes with your car then sell it and get what ever u want to get instead. Dont do it cuz u think u might die in it!!. U can die in your sleep too, so dont sweat it.

just my experience but, someone rearended me in my 87' teg doin about 45 mph, wasn't lookin no brakes nothing, just bam.

back bumper was under the rear seat. drivers side seat broke the impact.

when both cars acctaully stopped moving and i realized what happened, i got out. told the lady what i thought of her dumb a$$ and called the cops... had a couple scratches from broken glass, thats it... so i'd say a teg is pretty safe from rear end collisions at least...

Plus G3 Tegs have dual side impact door beams, built well beyond fed requirements. If I were you, I'd talk with your sister, ease her mind a bit, and keep the Teg.

My 2˘.
