oem kit and type r

is there a difference between the oem kit and the
type r kit. They look pretty simular

the front lip is the only similarity. The ITR doesn't have the OEM Kit's sideskirts or rear valence.

the side skirts are basically painted to match the color of the car, and look so sessy
