an alignment is not what i think you need. go to discout tire or similar tire places and just get your front wheels balanced.
if that doesnt fix the problem look into replacing your front rotors and pads. its super easy. air tools not required!
drumsy pretty much summed up the install. and if your rotors are screwed in, your gonna need an impact-driver. when/if you do have screws to remove, you can just throw em in the garbage. your rotors will be held on by your lug nuts anyway. good luck, and keep us updated.

Do you have the service records for your car? You most likely have some warpage in your rotors, and may also benefit from an alignment or a fairly simple balance/rotate of the tires. An alignment is somewhat pricey, so I would do that last if the other 2 don't solve the problem.

I had the same problem for a bit. The only thing wrong was that the wheel lugs were torqued too tight or unevenly, which temporarily warped the rotors. Just retorque your lugs. That solved it for me.

Integras have... 90ft-lbs of torque on the lugs? Torque them again, and if it still does that then check the treads for really uneven wear, check your rims to see if they're warped, and if it still does that then get an alignment, and if it still does that then get a wheel balance, and if it still does that then you have something serious problems.
