suspension?
whats a good suspension setup?
any recommendations? where to order parts at good price?
i want to order a suspension system. the full coilovers systems are real expensive and im wondering if you all have a setup that rides nice and not as expensive as the full coilovers.

Some ballpark estimates for adjustable systems:
$900-1000 Tein S/S
$800 Ground Control/Koni-Yellow
$299 Ground Control Limited Edition + aftermarket shock of your choice = usually $500-600
If that's too expensive and all you want are springs and shocks (with a set drop), you're better off doing a quick search for the many, many different options out there.

I've got Tein SS Coilovers. They're nice.
KYB AGX are one of the cheaper dampers.
Tokico Illuminas cost a little more.
Get dampers with adjustable stiffness.
Coilover sleeves:
HP Racing coilovers sleeves
Skunk2 coilover sleeves
Ground Control with Eibach springs coilover sleeves
For sway bars:
OEM Type-R sway bar with Beaks or that other reinforcement kit (sorry, I don't remember the name, bsq or something)
For strut bars, tie bars etc:
Spoon <-- expensive
Skunk2 <-- good price and quality
Comptech <-- rear sway bar/tie bar combo - no need for reinforcement kit
JIC <-- expensiver
Neuspeed <-- probably the cheapest but still good
Mugen <-- expensivest
Benen <-- carbon fiber is expensivester
I went with Spoon because I liked the simple look, although some companies probably make better strut bars. Neuspeed's front strut bar is good because it's one piece and has better mounting points. There's someone else who makes a good front strut bar similar to that. I think it's either Benen or JIC.
What car is this for?

My front upper bar had no name on it, but its really stiff. its mounted on my shock bolts. I picked up a stock GSR front strut bar also, and modified it to fit along with my other strut bar, so now I have two in the front.
check the sig for my setup...
