Default white smoke wtf!?

guys i haven an even bigger problem. Today when i was driving i noticed my bov sounded different and my turbo wasn't spoolin. I pulled off to the side of the road and poped the hood. Reved it a little and saw white smoke just pouring out. I do have a kink in my pil drain line. Could the oil be getting held up and making the white smoke? I was thinking it could be my seals on my turbo that are gone or my headgasket. any ideas?

white smoke would contribute to coolant burning. Blue-ish smoke is oil burning.

i would say you blew a headgasket.

the smoke is coming out of the muffler and exhaust leaks I do have a nasty boost leak i just discovered also. That could be overspinning the turbo causing the seals to leak.

yes, but white smoke is a sign of coolant burning. And will coolant is burning, the headgasket is leaking, allowing coolant to leak into the combustion chamber.

if you're having a boost creep issue, wont you see the boost gauge going over your set limit of boost?

either way, good luck...sounds like you're in for some headaches.

no because the boost is leaking out so it never reaches the manifold.

exactly why you would have a headgasket blown. the compression has dropped due to a broken seal between the head and the block. that would explain the boost leak and white smoke. I wouldn't drive your car until you can replace or at least have checked the headgasket.

the boost leak is because there is a bolt missing in the i/c. I looked at the smoke closely and it has a tint. Looks blueish and a friend told me you can smell when the headgasket has been blown.
