do you want height adjustability or one time drop? Is this car used in any track events or just for looks?

ground controls are defenitely a good option for adjustability. by far the best imo for coil over sleeves

I've got Tein Coilovers, and I'd recommend them as they're ride height adjustable as well as 16 way damping adjustable but if you're going cheaper, I've heard that KYB AGX shocks are decent for the money. For coilover sleeves Ground Controls with Eibach springs, Skunk2s and HP Racing are the most popular. Going one higher on the shocks would get you Tokico Illumina 5 way adjustable.

I find it's really helpful having damping adjustability, since the ride quality can vary greatly, and I'd get sick of getting around on rock hard shocks for daily driving. There's a fine line between rock hard and really bouncy, and it's good to be able to balance the two properly.

Tein makes a set of mid-range springs called the s-tech. They're Tein, so they're decent quality, and the drop is a reasonable 1.6 inches. Best off, price isn't too bad at all for the S-techs, unlike an all-out adjustable tein system.

It sounds like you just want to remove the gap and just for looks then. If more for a looks thing I wouldn't go with adj. shock, coilovers or anything like that because this is going to give a real sporty ride and will not be comparible to a stock ride. You can see what I have and I handle a whole lot better and the ride is comparible to the stock ride even though I don't remember what that really feels like. If you want to go sportier other people have made some great reccomendations.

I would recommend some Ground Control Limited Editions ($299). There are plenty of aftermarket shocks that will work with the GC's, but since I'm a biased GC owner myself I can't really recommend anything short of some pricey Konis.
