yup there z-rated low profile sticky mofo tires

(off the topic....)
i weighed my stock rim+tire yesterday to compare my new rim and tire and it was a 9 pound dif! . you can just barly feel the dif in acceleration.. but it looks SEXY as hell
old rim and tire (14" 5 spoke stock 95 ls acura rim..with ****ty @ss all year round canadian tire rubber) = 29lpbs
and my new rim and tire (16" Montegi MR7 gunmetal rims and z-rated low prifile rubber) = 38lpbs
oh and for those that might ask.. "can i see some piks of the rims on ur WHITE teg" i will post up all the picks in 2 weeks(thats when i get my front, sides and maybe mirrors repainted)

the rating is just to verify that at that speed the tire wont become to hot for its own good. If you start breaking at 140 then the tire could theoretically go over its safty margin. I wouldnt worry about it though
The amount of centrifugal force on your tires at that speed is very great. The tires will expand and if there are any damages to your tire it will probably explode. Also, because the tire gets alot bigger, there is a danger that it could grab the wheel well liner and tear off the whole front of the car (i've seen this before on a G2 teg).
