I understand your frustration with what he said, but don't add fuel to the fire. You egg a jerk on and it gets worse. Ignore him and his remarks and he will get bored and go away. It's not fun to be annoying when no one is there to get upset and smack talk back at you.

Port & polish that GSR head, and put in ITR head internals and it will be faster than the ITR. And please explain why you think the bottom end has any affect on the flow rates of the head? I still think it's amazing how many people still think the b16 head flows SOOOOO much better than the GSR

just build the car up for forced induction, you already have a great motor for it. u can do a turbo for less than $2000 for a small setup that will give u some nice gains, & u can build on the setup piece by piece down the road. just don't go cheap on the internals or you'll be buying a new motor 3 months into boosting. seen it many times.
Having a good running turbo motor that doesn't blow is all in the tuning....

Never mind the fact that it was most likely so they didn't have to P&P a b16 head for the CTR and a b18 head for the ITR...
i appreciate what everyone has been saying to help me out here..but i've been lookin into all this and the bottom line is......i don't have the money for a turbo setup or crvtec..i thought i was going to but things aren't gonna go my way....i'm thinking of just going with a small nitrous setup...just so i can have a little bit my hp to play with...i was thinking maybe like a 75 shot..but i don't want something where i'm gonna have to start buildin up the internals....does anyone know if i can run a 75 shot and still be safe on everything remaining stock...or should i drop it down to a 50 shot....i thought i read somewhere that integras can handle up to a 75 shot with out rebuilding the internals.....i don't know..some one let me know...thanx for alll the help
You can get one of the Zex Venom kits pretty cheap these days. I'd suggest that you stick with a 55 shot to be safer. You can go with the 75 shot, but I wouldn't recommend doing that alot on a stock bottom end. When you use n2o, you will definately need at least 1 step colder plugs, maybe even 2. An ignition system would be a great idea, and good fuel management. You might also look into getting a wet shot nitrous kit. Those mix the n2o with the fuel before spraying it into the combustion chamber. Also, getting some good cams would be a great way to add some power. Don't get too agressive of cams unless you plan on upgrading the rest of the valvetrain, but it's another option. Once again, tuning is the key to having an effective and safe n2o system. I know this has been quoted many times on here before, and is in at least 1 persons sig, but it is the truth:
Nitrous doesn't kill motors, stupid people with nitrous kills motors.
Remember that tuning is always the key to a reliable setup, and take the time to do it right.

Someone mentioned importbuilders.com. Also check out www.crvtec.com. Expensive stuff but if you got the money then go for it.
