you could always lose the spare and start stripping the tar back there

if the carbonfiber hood you get only shaves off 8 lbs, thats a complete waste of money and one heavy ass cf hood. stock integra hood weighs somewhere around 40 lbs. my cf hood practically weighs 10 lbs.

fiberglass front end is a shattering accident waiting to happen. just stick with a stock bumper.

yes you can remove all carpeting, sound deadening, panels, spare tire, and seats. car will be noisy as heck though.

removing the A/C and PS will help some too as well.

you can also remove the lower intake resonator box.

get a set of light weight wheels like 10-12 lbs.

get a lighter exhaust system and muffler.

however, in my opinion doing all this in bone stock integra is pretty lame. i can understand on track days, but to just drive around gutted in an otherwise factory stock car on the streets is useless.

ya.. what DB7 Said..

If you want really light rims.. and don't care for looks. Keioffice, from the drift king himself, has 15 in rims that are like... 8lbs each! Good luck finding them in the states.

Since you asked...

Your passenger seat is pretty dang heavy. Try taking that out in addition to the parts mentioned above as well.
