I don't think that removing all of those items is going to make a HUGE difference. The biggest difference would probably be felt in stepping up to a lighter wheel. As for me, I would never remove my AC.

is this for a daily driven car?
other things are 2 piece rotors (lighter)
cf hatch , take out your sunroof assemble and fill it in with a custom cf piece (pretty dope, some guy sells it)

and of course the usual stripping of all carpet, sound deadening, panels, door panels, headliner, speakers, etc

i was always under the impression that for every 100lbs you can get rid of, you can lose a 10th of a second off your 1/4 mile time.... if you're not full blown race, which i gather you are not, what good is that .1 second off your 1320 time???? just boost it, my car has full interior and i'm doing just fine

that is a generalization, sometimes it is a accurate assumption but not always

you either chip it off, put dry ice on it and chip away
or
you heat it up and get it sticky and peel it off (way messy)

You can replace the rear bumper beam with one that's made from aluminum. I believe Benen Industries makes one. Supposedly it will shave off about 30 lbs. Other than that, there are the obvious ones like lighter rims, cf hood, lexan, ... aluminum lug nuts and radiator stays
