INtegra's QUARTER MILE time.....
I agree totally with you....As I stressed before.....it was for a very short distance.........about a city block.....I already stated that the gs-t would obvioulsy beat an integra ls for a longer race...My whole point was that the eclipse take-off times suck a rat's azz. This kid has an intake, shift kit, new muffler, and his take -off is still freakin embarrasing ! Also, the above stated figurs for a 2nd gen teg and 3rd gen were for the rs and ls models...not for the gsr.
210 HP? that's only for the TSI awd version. my buddy has 1. the launch on those is amazing if you know what your doing.
off the line awd kills fwd. and the teg has way more potential than the eclipse, just takes more $ to get them up there.

GSTs if i'm not mistaken in 95-99 had 210 hp at the crank stock. i know they had at least 200 hp...my friend has one. um...integras have a lot of potential yes...and i believe they handle much better than eclipses...but with the same money, it would be so easy to make the eclipse much faster, with MBC, downpipe, exhaust, and an upgraded turbo, EASILY 12s...and gst's still have mean launches if u know how to launch them...not as mean as GSX AWDs...but by no mean are turbo eclipses slow. i mean ih ave a supercharged gsr and i love it, i can burn stock gsts and gsxs all day...but, when people mod their eclipses, puttin on aftermarket turbos and mbcs....u can't really hang...unless u turbo ur car and boost high (then u gotta upgrade internals).

The N/A Eclipses are pretty slow. The turbo'ed Eclipses are pretty fast, but nothing that a turbo'ed Integra couldn't beat. From bits and pieces that I've heard, it sounds like the new Eclipse's no longer come in turbo, but there's a V6 option instead. There's a guy who has a lightly mod'ed V6 Eclipse and he loses just about every race. I believe a stock 2002 2.2L Cavalier even beat him.

well a turboed integra would be hard pressed to beat a gst...or even worse a gsx, if it had an mbc, and upgraded turbo and so on...factory turbo cars are so easy to make fast...if u wanna beat those u'll be needing a b18b/c turbo in a EG hatch hehe. yea those new V6 eclipses aren't too fast, my friend has one, but it's torquey tho...they still run i think mid 15s...in stock form with a decent driver tehy should be able to beat a gsr...200 hp...205 tq....

A turbo integra would never have anything on any 4G63ed DSM. Have you ever seen a daily driven Integra with a full interior A/C and Power Steering run 10s? I haven't, I think turbo Integra's are badass (im planning on owning one soon) but DSM's are way out of the Integra/Civic's league.
