Run a compression test to see if you're getting the right level of compression that you need. If not, you'll have to open up the engine (either you or a shop) to check and see what could be wrong. More than likely it's seals and/or rings that have gone bad, seeing as you drive a 92.

Is the oil just leaking onto the OUTSIDE of your spark plugs? That's just the sparkplug tube seals; kinda like part of your valve cover gasket. Easy to fix, get a new valve cover gasket & 4 spark plug tube seals.

It isnt just leaking on its a lot. Like i cleaned all the oil out by dipping a rag in over and over until it was clean but then it came right back the next time i drove it. My oil pressure light is coming on sometimes also i was thinking that is due to this same problem. Thanks guys.

comp test would be good, there shouldn't be enough oil slinging around in the valves for it to fill the spark plug sockets, they get alot of oil but unless theres alot of blow by it isn't pressurized, it would about have to come through the plug hole(to piston side) but if youv'e got that much oil in the comb. chamber you've got bigger problems, how tight (ft lbs) are your plugs and or are any of them stripped ?

yea, i wouldn't put any superman force on them but you can snug them up or yank them out. you might wont to put some anti seize on them when going back in to prevent them sticking in the future, remember though the head is aluminum so i wouldn't put anything other than a 3/8ths drive ratchet on them
